STUDIE NOORDWEST LOCATIE ALKMAARDER HOUT<\/h1>\n

 <\/p>\n<\/div>\n[\/mk_title_box][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column css=”.vc_custom_1450874705895{padding-top: 15px !important;padding-right: 15px !important;padding-bottom: 15px !important;padding-left: 15px !important;background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0.8) !important;*background-color: rgb(255,255,255) !important;}”][vc_column_text title=”OPDRACHT” disable_pattern=”false”]Nadat duidelijk werd dat een nieuw ziekenhuis op de locatie in Heerhugowaard moeilijk financierbaar bleek, is de vraag bij SEED architects gekomen om uit te zoeken of vernieuwbouw op de huidige locatie Alkmaarder Hout in Alkmaar tot de mogelijkheden behoorde. De grote uitdaging zat in de vrijwel volgebouwde locatie. Primair is een globaal Programma van Eisen opgesteld in een 6-tal scenario\u2019s. Gekozen is om, in lijn met de andere keuzes tijdens het proces, het worst-case scenario aan te houden. De gedachte was dat als dit scenario voldoet, de andere ook zullen voldoen. Op basis van het PvE zijn een 6-tal ontwikkelingsmodellen geschetst, elk met z\u2019n voor-en nadelen. Hieruit is een voorkeursmodel uitgekomen en die is verder uitgewerkt naar functionele, logistieke, en faserings- en kostenplannen. Een groot accent is komen te liggen op de inpassing van het gebouw in de bijzondere omgeving. Samen met bureau Hosper is er een visie ontwikkelt op de ontwikkeling van het gebied en hoe ziekenhuis en omgeving van elkaars kwaliteiten gebruik konden maken. De twee bijzondere monumenten op het terrein, de Cadettenschool van einde 19e<\/sup> eeuw en voormalig verzorgingshuis \u201cWesterlicht\u201d, werden verzelfstandigd en kregen daarbij een bijzondere plaats in de omgeving in.
